By downloading, installing, or using PomoPom ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

PomoPom is a Pomodoro focus timer application designed for iOS and macOS. The App helps users manage their work sessions and breaks using the Pomodoro Technique. All timer data and settings are stored locally on your device.

3. User Responsibilities

When using PomoPom, you agree to:

  • Use the App only for its intended purpose as a focus timer
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, animations, and the PomoPom tomato character, are the intellectual property of TechArtisan. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

PomoPom operates entirely on your device and does not connect to third-party services for core functionality. The App uses local notifications provided by the operating system. No data is transmitted to external servers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TechArtisan does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechArtisan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. In no event shall the total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your license to use the App will cease immediately.
