All data created by PomoPom — including your timer settings, session history, and preferences — is stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.

• Timer data is stored in a local SQLite database on your device
• Settings and preferences are stored using the operating system's standard preferences system
• Notifications are handled entirely by the operating system's local notification framework

4. Third-Party Services

PomoPom does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. There are no SDKs collecting data in the background. The App operates entirely offline and does not make network requests for its core functionality.

5. Data Security

Since all data remains on your device, it benefits from the security measures built into iOS and macOS, including:

• Device-level encryption when a passcode is enabled
• App sandboxing — other apps cannot access PomoPom's data
• Secure local storage provided by the operating system

6. Children's Privacy

PomoPom does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The App is safe for users of all ages. Since no data is collected, transmitted, or stored externally, there is no risk to children's privacy.

7. Your Rights

Since PomoPom does not collect any personal data, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, delete, or port. You have full control over your data through the App itself. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data from your device.
